Please request your project review or Eagle Board of Review meeting at least 2 weeks prior to the next scheduled meeting. This is to allow for adequate volunteer recruitment only.
Appointments are limited to a max of 10 appointments each month. They are on first come first serve basis. If there are no available appointments, take the next available appointment in another month. Appointments are 1st Wednesday of the month unless it is national holiday. Any 1st Wednesdays falls on a national holiday then it is automatically moved to the following week.
Appointment Requests made after the 2 week deadline are subject to adult volunteers and meeting space/time availability. All completed appointments are time stamped.
If your project or Board of Review material, please reschedule so the appointment is available for other scouts.
If the scout needs appointment outside the 1st Wednesday of the Month except holidays or due to special circumstances, please contact Greg Shepherd at firstname.lastname@example.org.
there is not enough volunteers to host all project reviews and/or Eagle Boards
on the normally scheduled date, then alternate arrangement will be attempted to
be made based on meeting place and volunteers availability.
Instructions in the Appointment Confirmation Email must be followed to avoid potential appointment cancellation, longer reviews than necessary, or potential approval issues. See instructions within the Hiawatha District Eagle Board Web Page.
